Tis the season to feel joyful, and doesn’t it just make you want to eat chocolate? I sure do! To help us get into the holiday spirit, I’ve created a crowd-pleasing, Cacao Fudge recipe, that will make you feel joyful all winter long. Just thinking of the combination of oh so good cacao, with brain-boosting walnuts and sweet coconut nectar makes my mouth water. My hope and dream this holiday are that my Cacao Fudge recipe will fill you with joy and delight!
My Feel Joyful Cacao Fudge recipe is the perfect treat to share with your friends and family this holiday. With just 5 simple steps, you can prep it ahead of time and enjoy it all holiday long. It makes the perfect gift too! Wrap it up in a nice reusable container, put a bow on it and voila! Your homemade cacao fudge is sure to bring joy!
Don’t we all deserve a little treat from time to time? Especially when we can feel good indulging in a bite or two? That’s right Beauties, give yourself some beauty points when you make my Cacao Fudge recipe. It’s loaded with goodies that will make you feel sexier, smarter and just a tad bit sweeter too!
Do you know what delicious treat contains many rejuvenating and anti-aging elements such as magnesium and antioxidants? If you guessed Cacao you nailed it. It is also a well-known natural aphrodisiac! Oh joy! Cacao contains phenylethylamine (PEA), which stimulates feel-good hormones in your body.
Yet another reason to feel joyful indulging in a bite or two of my Cacao Fudge recipe. :)
Now you are going to get more than a little beauty boost when you make this recipe. You will also receive a dose of brain-boosting goodness thanks to one of my favorite nuts, walnuts. These gems have more omega-3 fatty acids than any other nut. And in those fatty acids host a high concentration of DHA. Our brains love DHA as it is known to improve our cognitive performance and protect us from age-related cognitive decline.
Can we take a moment and thank walnuts for the powerful little gift that they are?! Thank you walnuts!
To sweeten this Cacao Fudge recipe up just a bit, I opted to use my favorite liquid sweetener, coconut nectar. This is by far my favorite go-to sweetenersince it is loaded with rich minerals and amino acids. Now that’s not to say it’s okay to have a lot of it. As in any sugar, we know they are best used in moderation. Lucky for us though, coconut nectar is low in fructose, providing little impact on our blood sugar levels.
Now that I’ve shared with you all the good reasons to feel joyful eating this Cacao Fudge, are you ready to make a few batches to gift this holiday? I hope so :) With such a simple recipe I hope you feel the desire to share it with your friends and family too! Go ahead and pin it to Pinterest, and tag me in your creations on Instagram.

Hello. Love it. Tried it and it tastes as good as it looks. Really a great recipe. I used dried goji berries. Probably it is even better with fresh berries, but dried ones did the trick as well.Reply

Hi Beauty! You could probably try substituting with another nut, such as cashews or almonds for a similar result!

Recipe sounds so yummy .. however I cannot have any caffeine .. also a variety of herbs.. anything that creates increase in heart rate. I was so disappointed to learn I should not take “feel good detox “. Cardiac Dr. does not agree with many of the supplements in any of your supplements. I am on the fence I have to trust medical advise.. very disappointed to say the least.
Much Love to you Kim and your family,
