Wow is just not strong enough! This Spreadsheet is Ahhmazing!!!!! Within five minutes of downloading I have already completed two days of meal planning. Aesthetically a thing of beauty. The colors are so much fun and well, do you have the time because I can go on and on. Just beautiful and clean. In case you hadn't figured it out, I LOVE THIS!!!!

I have found keto so overwhelming, there are resources everywhere and everything seems to contradict the previous article I have read! Olivia has done all of the hard work for you and simplified the information to make it relatable and , most importantly, UNDERSTANDABLE. Exceptional Everyday Keto for Everyday People
I have enjoyed all downloads. They are aesthetically pleasing, simple to understand, and hugely informative. I have been on and off Keto for many, many, many years and never quite understood what I was doing especially as it pertains to food and what to eat. It's as if the instructions were in a different language. Then the stars aligned, and I found Olivia Wyler! My life changed and the bells started chiming in my head. I get it! I finally get it! A full gathering of the correct information with the simplest of recipes and Keto descriptions. Thank you for changing my life. I have lost five pounds in less than a week and am still going. Oh, if I may, I would like to put a plug in for Keto Chow, simply amazing! Every flavor is a great flavor. Thank you for sharing their information. Simple, Beautiful Resource!
I just got done looking through all the pages of this beautiful guide and found it to be one of the best resources on Keto I have! I'm a visual person, so I love all the graphics and boxes with text. It makes it very easy to read, follow, and remember. My husband tried Keto about a year ago and did lose almost 40 pounds, but it became a bit overwhelming. We are trying again and I had already started simplifying the process because we have multiple food "issues" in our home and it's impossible to cook one meal for everyone. Plus my husband is super picky and has digestive issues. Since Olivia seems to have the same philosophy of keeping things simple, it's given me a lot of good ideas and recipes for him! I've only tried one so far (chocolate mousse), but it took about five minutes and was delicious! It's great to know I will be able to do a lot of the cooking in bulk and have things in the freezer for him ready to pull out depending on his mood and digestive state.

Extremely helpful for learning all the ins and outs of Keto!
My husband has been on and off of Keto for 5 years and I found all of the "rules" extremely overwhelming. I have loosely followed the guidelines with him but this guide makes it a lot easier to understand. Especially the macros side of things. I love the detailed pictures in all of the different categories for things that are Keto friendly. It gave me a lot of ideas for next week's grocery order. Highly recommend!

Incredible Resource
Although I am not new to Keto, this bundle is perfect! There is tons of information, and I love that it is sorted in super easy to read sections. My favorite being all the keto snack recipes!
