Best stay!!! It looks exactly like what is advertised. The pickup service was good too seamless process :)

The room looks exactly like the pictures and it was really right behind the cable car station. Awesome after a day of walking Tianmenshan. Lots of food around and downstairs, MacDonald’s around the corner too. The staff are really helpful and they provide cute amenities like tea leaves, sanitary pads, steam eye mask

This is a cute little boutique hotel located less than 3 mins walk from Tianmen Cableway. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, they even prepare some free treats, heatpack and tea for you to try. There is a nice restaurant downstairs just beside the lift that serves amazing food! Overall good experience and will definitely be back!

The receptionist is friendly and her response is very fast . The room is clean and well kept . There is also a set of welcome snacks for us . Their Mountain View room can even see the Tian Men mountain . The location is really good . Just a 5 min walk to the Tian Men cable car ticketing office . 20 min drive to Zhang Jia Jie East station. There are also plenty of restaurants to choose from the surroundings . Would recommend my friends and family to stay if they are visiting Tian Men mountain .

Booked the hotel with my daughter. I decided to add one more day to my trip and they allowed me to add and they also upgraded my room for free. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the cleaning lady cleaned our room and changed the towels everyday. I'll definitely be staying here again if I happen to come back to Zhangjiajie

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel! Everything was well designed and thoughtful. The ladies at the reception were always friendly and helpful and gave us recommendations and routes to ZhangJiaJie. Even though the weather was not on our side when we visited, we still enjoyed our stay due to the wonderful service we received and the convenience of our location to the TianMenSha cable car. Highly recommended for anyone who’s stopping by ZhangJiaJie!

Staff were really helpful. Hotel is directly opposite the cable car to Tian Men Mountain, just 5 mins walk. Good location, very cosy room!

LOVE the place !!! Good location, right next to the TMS cableway station..so whenever u took a cab/DiDi.. just let them know the cableway station you will find your way back. Next, the lady receptionists were AWERSOME!, Friendly cheerful, being greeted upon return. Help to make arrangement for car to transport me to WLY scenic area. One occasion without transport, I was pointed to take a shuttle bus from the bus station directly to the Canyon. Although there are no welcome drink, was greeted with water :) and some snacks...The inn provides *****s of notes to direct cust to various places too. Lastly end of my trip, I was treated a Vit C filled orange before I headed for the Airport...

First of all, our comment is the location of this hotel, which is right next to the entrance to the cable car. We also need to inform you that this hotel is on the 13th floor. At the bottom of this hotel building there are many restaurants which are quite cheap and delicious in our opinion.We were also very impressed with the service provided by this hotel staff, our comments were very kind and patient, even though we couldn't speak Mandarin.Oh yes, our room directly faces the cable car entrance, and the size of the bed can be used for 2 people.Lastly we would like to say thank you for the gifts as we check out.We hope that this hotel can continue to maintain its quality and attract more customers.

Really good hotel. Got upgraded. But the hotel is at the 13rd floors, with a really nice location. Next to the cable car for tianmen moutain and not that far from bus station to go to Zhangjiajie park.Really nice and beautiful room

Really well located hotel on 13th floor of a building just in front of the cableway to Tianmen. Modern and carefully decorated, it’s obvious that the owners put love in every detail to give a warming environment such as the welcome pack with local tea and dry fruits. I strongly recommend the hotel if you have to come to Zhangjiajie.

Great hotel for your trip to Zhangjiajie. The room was spacious and they did give a lot of complimentary snacks and tea with your room.

Best hotel room we booked in our 6 weeks in China. Staff was amazing and welcomed us so nice :) Room was the best ever with a very good view. Location was perfect since it was right next to the cabelway station to Tianmen mountain. Also in walking distance to old town. 10/10! :)
